These terms and conditions govern your use of the Tearaways website (tearaways.co.uk) and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

Tearaways is a trading name operated by Greg and Kirsty Wilding, based in South Wales, United Kingdom. References to "we", "us", or "our" throughout these terms refer to Tearaways.

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods and send a shipping confirmation.

All orders are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you have ordered, we will contact you and offer a full refund or an alternative.

All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices displayed at the time of your order will be honoured for that order. If a pricing error occurs we will contact you before processing the order.

Payment is taken at the time of ordering. We accept all major debit and credit cards via Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your card details all payment processing is handled securely by Stripe.

If a payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed and you will be notified.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery times after dispatch are typically 3 to 5 working days for standard UK delivery, or next working day for express delivery ordered before 2pm.

These timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, adverse weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for goods damaged, lost, or stolen after delivery has been confirmed.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery.

We offer a 30-day return window as goodwill beyond the statutory minimum. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund where items show signs of wear or damage.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods, back to the original payment method.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return postage where required.

All content on this website including designs, images, text, logos, and product photography is the intellectual property of Tearaways or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

Our sock designs are original works. Any reproduction or imitation for commercial purposes is prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order or use of our website is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter where liability cannot be lawfully excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or your use of our website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
